Maine Canoe & Kayak Racing Organization

NEW: The Sheepscot River Race (originally set for June 25) has been cancelled due to lack of sign-ups, a reminder that keeping canoe & kayak racing in alive in Maine depends on all of us. (And, yes, lower gas prices would help).

Flatwater racing season is now underway, with more than 15 races on tap. The action begins Saturday, June 18. See the newly updated Race Schedule for details.

–Results of the Kenduskeag Slalom and Millinocket X-Stream Race are now up on the Results page. Final standings of the Downriver Point Series are also up on the Results page.

–Results of the Union River Race (had to be careful not to step on the alewives while portaging) are here.

–Results of the 2022 Kenduskeag Stream Canoe Race are here and on the Results page.
